I’d like to believe that the fountain of youth is a metaphor for all the life hacks we can use to manipulate the body into looking younger. For some it’s Botox injections, face lifts and other beauty enhancing surgeries. While for other’s the fountain of youth is living a healthful lifestyle and taking better care of themselves.
Hygiene practices that make you look younger.
Personal hygiene plays a big role in looking younger. The surface matters just as much as what’s going on inside the body. You can eat right, drink lots of water and exercise often, but if you neglect personal hygiene, you risk looking older than you should.

Eating to look younger!
If you are on a quest to look younger, you have to watch what you eat and drink. I had to cut down on the junk food and booze to help achieve my desired result faster. Alcohol ages you faster than the speed of light. Drink less of it and more of water. The key to looking younger is staying hydrated. Also avoid carbonated drinks and artificially sweetened drinks.
